USING A WIRELESS BRIDGE : TRENDNET 54MBPS 802.11 G WIRELESS FIREWALL ROUTER
Using A Wireless Bridge
- The Linksys Wireless Bridge is a small black box that allows for the robot to communicate with the driver station.
- A wireless bridge is a hardware component used to connect two or more network segments (LANs or parts of a LAN) which are physically and logically (by protocol) separated.
- A device used to transmit and receive radio frequencies over the air between two LANs.

Oh, it's been a LONG time since I've gotten up early to go shoot at sunrise. I had no excuses today since I have some time off for the holidays. It was my
first time going up to Hawk Hill since they reopened Conzelman Road... I think they repaved the road and added some fencing/railing... looks really nice now.
To be honest, I've been feeling pretty stressed lately... and my
blood pressure has literally been going up. This outing was just the thing I needed to find some inner peace. I got up to Hawk Hill in the dark, about an hour before sunrise... it was freezing, but so beautiful and peaceful at the same time. That feeling... that moment... that's exactly why I love blue hour.
Wishing everyone a bit of peace... Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
We'll Cross That Bridge When We Come To It...
I set out today to do a couple of location based self portraits, but it actually turned into a mini disaster.
First of all i realised i'd brought my wireless
trigger for my
studio lights instead of my
remote trigger for the camera (oops!), and then wehn i attempted to set up a selfie against a tree using
the self timer i slipped on a root and slid down the trunk scraping and cutting my
arm and palms to buggery!
So, deciding to keep on going with the shoot i moved to a slightly safer spot (because bridge
s over rivers are never dangerous, oh no, haha) and tried a few shots. Except i'd forgotten to change the ISO and got shitty pics (no excuse, i know). So anyway, a bit of editing and this is what you get.
Those who know me a bit know i get myself worked up about things in the future and i'm always told that we'll cross that bridge
when we come to it. Well, i'm at that bridge
and i'm waiting to cross, whether its across the bridge itself or a bit of a paddle or swim. I'm ready.
